Redmond Salt vs Colima Sea Salt

Redmond Salt is very similar to Himalayan salt.

It comes from a salt mine in Utah.

It comes out as a rock, hard and dry. 

For this reason, it must be ground very fine otherwise it’s like eating a rock. 

Our salt is moist and soft.
