Mistakes Happen

Did you miss the reminder email that we sent 10 days before your auto-order ships? Did you forget to let us know that you moved or wanted to update your subscription? We get it, mistakes happen. Here is what we can do for you.

We can give you a 100% refund immediately via in-store credit. You get to keep the product to share with friends and family. This credit does not expire and can be used for new purchases on our web store. It cannot be applied to auto-orders or past orders. 

This mulligan can be used once otherwise unscrupulous people might try to take advantage of our generosity. I'm sure you understand.

NOTE: In order to keep you and all of our customers safe and secure, we follow FDA guidelines to not accept any returns of food products.
