Refund Policy

We stand by our refund policy 100%.
Quite simply, if you don’t fall in love with our products the first time you taste them – contact us for a refund. No questions asked. And please, take your time with cooking, tasting and enjoying them. There is no 30, 60, or even 90-day deadline. This guarantee is lifetime. We know that if you love our products, you’ll order from us again.

Here are some guidelines if you are not satisfied for whatever reason:

  • If you ordered a trial bottle, we will refund the $ amount you paid for the trial bottle. Your shipping is not refundable. No need to return the bottle to us.
  • If you are a member and you forgot to update or cancel your membership before your credit card was charged and we shipped the product to you, we will refund the $ amount of the oil once the package has been returned to us minus a $10 restocking fee. Your shipping is not refundable. Please follow the instructions in our Return Guidelines article. The return process can take up to 2 weeks and refunds can take up to 5 business days from the arrival of your return.
  • If you are a member and you updated or canceled your membership before we charged your credit card and we shipped your order incorrectly, we will refund the full amount of your order once the package has been returned to us.  Please follow the instructions in our Return Guidelines article. The return process can take up to 2 weeks and refunds can take up to 5 business days from the arrival of your return.
