Quite simply, if you don’t fall in love with our products, contact us and we will do our best to make it right. No questions asked. And please, take your time with cooking, tasting and enjoying them. There is no 30, 60, or even 90-day deadline. This guarantee is lifetime. We know that if you love our products, you’ll order from us again.

For new customers and one-time orders, we have two options for you to choose from when it comes to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This does not apply to your subscription orders.

Which one works best for you?

1.  We can give you a full 100% refund immediately via in-store credit.  You get to keep the product to share with friends and family. This credit does not expire and can be used for new purchases on our web store. It cannot be applied to auto-orders or paste orders.

2. We can give you a 50% refund on your order immediately minus S/H, applied to your original payment method. You get to keep the product to share with friends and family.

NOTE: In order to keep you and all of our customers safe and secure, we follow FDA guidelines to not accept any returns of food products.
