SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Same Day Shipping

To have your package shipped the same day, the order must be in by 1 p.m Central time Monday to Friday. Orders will be shipped on the hour from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Central time Monday to Friday.  For example, if your order was submitted at 10:30 a.m. CST the order will have been shipped by 11 a.m. CST.  This means changes made to orders will have a limited time frame depending on when your order was placed. 

USPS Priority will take 3-5 business days, FedEx Smart Post will take 5-7 business days, and First Class Mail will take 5-7 business days. 

Weekend and Holiday Shipping 

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you make an order or sign up for membership please note that if your order is not in that day before 1 p.m. Central time, your order will be processed first thing the next business day.

New Memberships

All new member subscriptions generally take 48 hours to process.

Quarterly Memberships 

If you are signed up to receive a quarterly shipment from us we will process your order at the frequency of your choosing (an email notification will be sent to you with a date your order is to be processed on) and then your order will be held for 36 hours after this date to give an opportunity for customers to notify us to make any changes to it. After 36 hours, your order is sent to fulfillment and shipped. Once it is shipped an email notification is sent to you with the tracking information. Changes cannot be made after it is shipped.

RETURNS

Do Not Open The Box!

Write in BOLD black print letters "REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER". This form of return will trigger the use of the same tracking number so the customer can document its return. If the package is lost or delayed only the customer can ask for a refund from FedEx or USPS.

We can only accept returns that are unopened in the original box and refused within 7 days of delivery to your door.

We ship most packages via FedEx SmartPost and USPS Priority Mail. 

Our box will have a green sticker on the outside with our logo of Ava Jane and a declaration that it contains Avocado Oil.

Please take these steps:

  1. Don't open the box!
  2. Please write on the outside of your box "Refused/Return to Sender" in BOLD black print letters.
  3. Please send us an email letting us know you have returned the product and are awaiting a refund. At this time we can forward you any tracking information if necessary.
  4. Make sure to put your signature somewhere on the box and the date.
  5. Hand your box to the delivery person or return it to the US Post Office or FedEx Office depending on the carrier.
  6. Once we have received your return shipment, we will evaluate your order based on our Refund Policy.  Refunds can take up to 5 business days from the arrival of your return.

If you OPENED the box:

  1. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. The return address is posted on the original packaging: 1809 W. Frankford Rd. #160/ Carrollton, TX 75007.
  2. Please send us an email letting us know you have returned the product and are awaiting a refund.
  3. Once we have received your return shipment, we will evaluate your order based on our Refund Policy.   Refunds can take up to 5 business days from the arrival of your return.
  4. We are human and do make mistakes. If the mistake was ours, we are happy to pay for the return shipping. If the mistake was yours we will deduct the amount of shipping from your refund once the order is returned.
