Broken Bottles

If your package arrives with broken bottles, don't worry, we will take care of you.

Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.

Follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with "Broken Bottle" in the subject.
  2. Please be sure to let us know how many bottles were broken so we know how many replacements to send.
  3. Include a picture of the broken bottle(s).
  4. Include a picture of the box it arrived in.

We will send your replacement bottle(s) along with a confirmation email as soon as possible.
