Where does it come from?

Our avocados come from long-time and well respected avocado grower in Mexico.

They take special care in growing their avocados, picking the fruit by hand, holding the avocados until they are perfectly ripe, then pressing just the ripe flesh to create a beautiful unrefined avocado oil.

All pits, skins, and pulp are composted and returned to the soil.
